At the TONI & GUY ACADEMY, we firmly believe in structuring our courses to stimulate and enhance the hairdressers’ skills and techniques. Students are encouraged to develop their own style and individual expression of creative ideas backed by sound knowledge.
We are committed to continuous training and education, offering an excellent learning environment. We maintain a high standard of service quality through our continual re-evaluation of course contents to ensure they remain relevant and consistent with the TONI & GUY philosophies and techniques whilst remaining at the forefront of the hairdressing industry.
Our low Trainer-Student ratio (1 Trainer to 8 students) ensures personalized training sessions and individual classroom capacity is limited; fostering a conducive atmosphere for positive group learning and interaction. We have developed transparent redress policies to facilitate our commitment towards providing service excellence, enabling our students to focus on their goal if acquiring relevant hairdressing skills and techniques.
Our Trainers are National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) Assessor certified. The wealth of knowledge and experience of our Trainers has placed them in demand internationally, conducting seminars and external training programmes. Our core team at the Academy comprises of seven full time Trainers who personally deliver the courses held at our Academy, imparting expertise to the students.
